Woah, woah, woah. I just got directed to this website and heard the interview.

I just want to clarify who was calling Brutality "bad".

Was it RJ or KoT? B/c the last time I checked, we steamrolled RJ premades on the regular, with our 50s premade. I was in all of them and the record was close to 25-2 games, Brutality. Having 2-3 low lvl trial members in a WZ doesn't count as a premade. Our 4 man was made up of me, Tna, Trace, and Soraka. Arec and Somniferous filled in at times but Som wasn't even 40.

I personally queued alot with low lvl trial recruits to see what they were made of. There was no premeditation whatsoever of team comp in those cases.

And if its KoT smack talking, our premade never faced off. Ever. The only time Ive been in a Huttball against their premade was with Soraka, and a fresh lvl 19 trial. Which we lost by a landslide bc both me and Soraka are mobility challenged Ops.No surprize there.

Tracer missle spam? Really? We had 1 merc in the whole guild and that was Trace. Stop making up stories. We do objectives when we queue with our premades. Personally, if I solo queue and there is little hope of winning I farm comms. Horrible idea huh? Undecided

I get it. You guys wanna impress the folks listening to the interview. Just dont drag our name down in the process.

DH crew clearly didn't object when they started running their mouths. This is one hell of a way to foster a good community. Allow one guild air time to stroke there epeen's in front of the masses.

Except for your database DH, Im avoiding this site from now on. I see the elitest attitudes are alive and well.

DH folks were in RJ. That alone makes this laughable.

Nah they weren't, DH had their own beta guilds on both factions.

One person made one comment about Brutality, so what. It's one person. It doesn't speak for everyone, and there is no such thing as an instant, real time muzzle. Sometimes emotions are high in PVP, it happens.  If you want to consider yourself a "Hardcore PVP Guild" then you have to realize sometimes people will take pot shots at you. We deal with it, and we don't make such a claim, so should you.

It's just chirping. Get over it, it happens. If you want sterile, emotionless gaming experiences then play single player games.

I understand that. Its just that I went out of my way not to smack talk RJ, bc they have some decent members. So when I heard the smack talk I was taken back.

I'm glad that you and Air clarified it for me.

    Cheers.

Heya man I can deal with it. I just don't see how you don't expect ppl to react to public, negative criticisms. Are folks just supposed to suck it up while ppl take cheap shots? Sorry, I punch back.

Well, I avoided this whole thing up to now, but I may as well clarify.

I have no idea who said it, it could of just as likely been someone that was there in the chat speaking as it was someone from RJ, there was members from other beta guilds contributing to the conversation.

As far as it being someone from KoT (who was previously in RJ and will be in SOA), no it wasn't, as Nyan's mic didn't come through the xsplit recording, and it certainly wasn't me who said it (would of been fairly obvious if it was me)... we were the only two participants from the Imperial RJ members in the conversation.

KoT only saw Brutality in two games last build, both of which weren't premade vs. premade, and we won both 6-0, one in which you (Nyghoma) apparently missed the queue, and one of which you described as you, Soraka, and a lowbie against Cheerios, Myself (Airia), and Zarus on his level 15 Merc... just so all thats straight, we never faced one another as a premade(as you said), and the two times we faced one another resembling any sort of a team we won.

I can't speak to your win/loss ratio with RJ this past build, as I didn't play with them.

What happened in game testing pvp pretty much hardly mattered then, and certainly matters even less now. Good luck at launch, more than likely we won't be on Darth Malak, as I don't see them placing import guilds with pre-set advesaries and allies on that server for some reason.

To anyone else, including members of our own guild, keep the smack talking off here, if anyone else has a comment about our guild feel free to bring it to our site. Thanks.

    Airia.

Air, I respect your neutrality in this whole thing, but some of your members are just plain ol' jerks. Maybe in future interviews with media outlets, you might want your members to have a little more respect for the rest of the community that can't defend themselves from the inflammatory comments.

  • #77 Nyghoma

Hahaha, yeah its too bad we never had a chance to meet premade vs premade during the beta. It would have been interesting, to say the least. I'm sure Brutality would have had a hard time though, considering your team is made for Huttball.

My God. Keep this crap on WoW, we don't need moronic elitist jerks ruining what I thought was a great commentary.

I wish I could ask them if Jesus took screencaps of his gear before the end of beta?  Was it mostly high end pvp gear or was it Hard mode flashpoint gear?  I know he did alot of pvp with Lina, Crys and Askoto but they never showed his gear on their streams.

  • #53 ChaJomi

Jesus had majority Battlemaster gear as well along with 2 or 3 pieces from Ops. He was very well geared.
