Flashpoint Guide: Mandalorian Raiders

Mandalorian Raiders is a level 25 Flashpoint for both the Empire and Republic. While it's not the first Flashpoint for both factions, it does present a significant challenge not found in any earlier Flashpoints. Many of the enemies you'll face in the Mandalorian Raiders Flashpoint will use knockback mechanics and be immune to most forms of crowd-control. After the jump you will find a video guide explaining each of the bosses you'll face in the Flashpoint, as well as a working list of items dropped by each.

Personally I think having one super charged opponent is easier than 4 weaker ones, it's a bit hectic with 4 elites that were previously CC immune.

The Jedi Knight was a total pain in the ass, if anything I think get him down first and then deal with the other 3 how you like (all low hp and finish off or one by one).

Easier since the patch, some are controlable now.  (Solo'd it at level 31, not that the CC really helped much given I can only do mine out of combat and it expired well before I killed any)

The boarding party is probably the hardest encounter in all the flashpoints I've done so far.  Since I'm imperial, the party is all republic and that darn jedi leaping around and knocking everyone around makes it interesting to say the least.

Good thing how flashpoints aren't all just "don't stand in fire, tank & spank" like WoW is.  Keeps things fun as they each play differently.  Plus some, like Black Talon, will change depending on the dark/light choice you make.

If you are having a rough time on the Boarding Party encounter, in my guild we dps all of them to 10%, then kill them all within a short time frame.

they nerfed the turrets so hard since beta. It was a good thing, but boy they were elites and had 12k hp. It was hard in beta

A warning about the last boss.  The turrets don't despawn when the boss dies.

And another point, Clan Varad Deadly Holdout has off-hand listed and has augment slots. Is there anything for 2h weapon users that match this stat boost?

The items that show up on the DH wiki with augment slots only have them if they're crafted.

The item hovers are behind the you-tube video's z-index

    Indeed. Very annoying. :P

I think they have done a nice job in TOR putting in interesting boss mechanics so you don't have to just grind the bosses down. I feel like the WoW dungeons were a lot of just grinding bosses down.

Too bad they are making this instance even easier.

I would like to ask why you guys kill all the members of the boarding party 1 at a time instead of getting them all to 10% hp and then finishing them all at once, without dealing with their super charge buffs afterr losing a comrade.
