I'm personally looking forward to all of it, but that's just me I guess.

More companions? I guess it's just like pets in WoW - some people just like to collect them.  I'd prefer to use them for gathering, crafting, and "just for something different" when doing my dailies.  I certainly don't see any harm in getting more so long as we're able to use them - esp for crafting.  Being restricted to using 5 companions at once only and having 20 of them???  Yeah, that would suck. I may never send them all out at once, but I'd like to be able to. Plus there's the added bonus of the credit sink in having plenty of companions.  Seriously, it's choice.  What's not to like?

companions useles after level 50 , more boring and repetitive daily misions just for cash and same operations just even more difficult is not anything worth for a come back. 

The problem of this game is after the leveling hype is just  NOT FUN. 

Open world pvp and exploration PVE, reasons for travel to any planet for something more than a token or credits. dinamic events like Rift...those things are miss and BW/EA doesn't get it. 

The problem is they are not working in the game anymore, just releasing the same stuff they already has developed from the begining but a slow path just for earn some time to milk the few remaining players.

I'm very sorry but is true, this game is in life support like WAR and all the bandages they are using are already used, just making the ill of the game just worst. 

This is just a long coma for a dead game. 

The impression I received from Bioware's hype of HK-51 from the guild summit onward was that there was going to be a very involved (legendary almost) quest that spanned your entire legacy, and when you finished it your legacy would receive the HK-51 companion.  How it's actually working out is that you farm with your entire legacy and get HK on one toon at a time.  Very disappointed and very frustrated at the extremely high level of farming that Bioware is expecting from their player base.

As for even more dailies... aren't 3 hours of dailies enough for one day?  I normally can't even stand to do that many.

wait i thought when you unlock HK on one toon, you you unlock it for all of your toons?!

on the PTS i was only able to get 5 out of 7 because i cant find people to group with to do the flashpoints. but now if i have to do the same quest chain 8 times for this HK....that will really suck...

 

I think if you have to go on Coruscant as an Imp to get parts it's a suicide mission, not worth the trouble. I've been shot up enough flying past opposite faction bases in doing my cartographer thing, anyway, this companion could be fun though if you want an Imp faction specific then we nead a healer who can fight more than Quinn or make the droid capapble of being a heavy blaster/scatter gun user.

You can't fly to coruscant as an imp, you need to roll a republic toon to find the item and mail it to your imp toon.

but the only problem with hk-51 is that when you hit 50 you hardly ever use your companions, but you can only get him on your lvl 50 because the stuff from maelstrom foundry HM are not BTL but just Bound. The only thing thats BTL is the Jedi temple and dark temple items.

I dunno about you, but I am always using my companions. And I see *lots* of companions on level 50 characters. So not quite seeing where you're coming from.

After hitting 50 never again used any companion , not for dailys , not for heroics... Just for farming materials.  Dam i don't even know their names!

And like me 75% of the PVP players. Companions are more fluff.

We will have to wait and see if HK-51 calls us meatbags or not. Technically it was only HK-47 that did that. All the 51 droids called people "organics." However since some of the parts are scavenged from 47 it is still a possibility, and one I hope that Bioware put in.

Although I'm pleased that it'll be fairly easy to pick up HK-51, I truly believe that the quest(s) for him should be epic ... requiring max level characters on each faction ... defeating some new high level elite enemies ... maybe even in the same type of quest line like the Rakghoul invasion from 1.2 where it took many days to complete and you had to kill a few world bosses ... /shrug

Oh well - I know that they want the majority of people to have access to this companion, but it'd be nice if it were more of a badge of honor.  I'm looking forward to being referred to as a meatbag, so I'm not going to complain.

I'm a big pvper.  When I am in queue for a match I usually do some dailies.  Man, I am so stoked that their is a new daily area coming soon.  More, more, more!
