Hello again readers! It is time for another exciting round of community events! PvP is a heavy draw again this week, so pick it up Roleplayers and PvErs. I want to see more variety out there! We have a PvP war out on Ilum, a PvP tournament for players that are below level cap, and as a special bonus, a guild offering itself for a PvP event in the future. Lastly, someone is leaving strange messages on the official forum hinting at a possible Roleplaying event, so pay it a visit if you are curious. If you are interested in suggesting events or guilds that you want us to feature in this column, send me a message with the name of the event or guild and the proper contact information!

Ilum World PvP
The Ebon Hawk

At 8:00pm on October 28, the Imperial guild United will be hosting an open world PvP fight on the planet Ilum. Both factions are welcome to attend this event, and the organizer has said they need more guilds to get involved to make this a good fight. They were quite specific; the goal is to simply have fun and encourage as much PvP as possible free of time limits and other restriction. The organizer says that if this event works out well, United will attempt to host this as a monthly event in the future. If world PvP is your cup of tea, and you are on Ebon Hawk, head out there and make a good show of it. If you would like to attend, whisper Mettan, Xar’ades, Lutes, Heatherblade or Axomm. Sub-50 Tournament
Begeren Colony

For all of you people out there with characters below level 50, the Dark Jedi Order will be running a sub-50 PvP tournament on Sunday the 28 at 12:30pm PST, with one million credits up for grabs. This is one on one, so come prepared for a good fight. The organizers welcome any and all Republic guilds to put forward their best fighters for a chance at the money and prove they have the best on the server. It will be held at the Ruined Acropolis on Tython, so if you are interested, whisper Rybes or Ez’real for information, or visit the page on the official forums.

Interesting things

While not specifically events, I came across some interesting possibilities during my search this week. A guild offering their services as mercenaries to get an event going in the Outlaws Den, and a potential yet secretive Roleplaying event hinted at on the forums.

Guild for Hire

The Imperial guild Hex on the Ebon Hawk server is attempting to take advantage of the need to visit the Outlaw’s Den in order to complete the HK-51 quest. They are offering their services to any individual or group who is not inclined towards PvP who will need to enter the area to complete that section of the quest. While they are not big Roleplayers, they have said they will try to take part in it as best they could, and hope that expeditions into the Outlaws Den can lead to some sort of event between groups needing to visit the area. Mysterious RP event

Also on the Ebon Hawk server, a player has posted message on the forums hinting at a mysterious Roleplaying event. The posts on the official forum were somewhat light on details, but it sounds like it could be some sort of open RP event for players on the server. If you want to take part, contact the Imperial Dalina or the Republic Drayson for information. It could be interesting, if you like to take part in things like this.

Well, it is unfortunate to see no one took me up on my question. It is rather disappointing, but it is time to move on. I got a new poll for you this week, so let us get to it.
