    well I don't know about anyone else but I plan on playing every class, one of the things that held me back from having lots off different classes on wow is having to do over the exact same quests again and again there is a limit to how many times you can be bothered to do ashenvale. So if what lucasarts and bioware are saying about each classes individual storylines it will deffinately make it worth while to play all classes

    I am torn between the Imperial Agent and Jedi Consular. Both are far apart than the others imo. It seems that both will not be play as much compared to the other classes. I am leaning Jedi Consular just for the fact that there seems to be a large base of Sith Empire players. Keep up the great work DH staff.

    286 Republic to 407 Imperial so far ... this is going to be fun for the Jedi (on which side I'll be) on PvP Servers!

    I made my decision because of the other BW games with "moral choices". I mostly went down the "light side" path in Mass Effect 1&2 and the KOTOR games.

    The Jedi Knight will be my class ...

    From the minute i saw the Sith Warrior i thought to myself: oh yes, let the ganking begin! and from then on, everything i've seen on the Sith Warrior just makes me want to play it more and more. nothing released has turned me off of the sith warrior, so i havent changed my choice since Jan, and i HIGHLY doubt i will change it. But, other than the sith warrior, the BH, and the Trooper look really fun, so i'll most likely make an alt of thos.

    ok guys i've done my research and regarding integrated voice chat on the last podcast so this may be a little late.

    I found out that the hero-engine has a great high quality VOIP from vivox

    A very interesting find indeed, this could mean that TOR will have voice chat from the start. Which honestly, as long as they are not building the voice chat tool and taking time away from development that is fine by me. Taken from their site "Vivox customers include online game and virtual world developers and publishers such as CCP Games, Icarus Studios, Linden Lab, NCsoft, Realtime Worlds, Sony Online Entertainment and Wizards of the Coast. " So they seem to be well established with game developers and studios, the only question remaining is how good the sound quality is.

    So would this mean that it could have a IVC like LotRO?

    Or is this something different, like having a 'linking' ability to hook up into various other Voips (TS/Vent/etc)?

    So on Sunday May 2nd we have 765 total votes. 290 for republic side and 475 for Empire. Although this isn't really accurate of what will be there seems to be more people @ least on this site going Empire. With a slightly higher majority going towards SI followed by BH.

    I hope that these #'s are going to even out come launch. There is really nothing worse than having imbalance. Lets hope more information is released about Trooper and I.A so that people on the fence about these classes end up choosing them.

    since i heard about the game i wanted to be a jedi knight... ive seen a lot of cool stuff from the other classes... but i NEED to play the jedi knight!! YEAH!

    When I first heard of the smuggler class, I knew that was what I would be rolling as my main. Although I do intend on playing all classes some point in time.

    My 2 favorite SW characters are ..... Yoda & Palpatine. Since I have never ever played the "good" side on any MMO I have subbed to I would never play the "good Guys" unless my main was maxed and I was hella bored. With that being said, I just really like the Emperor and his ability to completely manipulate the senate and jedi council to rise to power. So it is natural for me to pick this class. I also only every really play magic spell casting classes in MMO so the SI is the obvious choice. I do hope that this class doesn't end up being the most populated one of the 8 but I doubt that it will change since everyone wants lightning

    My question for this week is. Do you think that the amount of playable races is going to be significant in order to allow for a large diversity of characters?? IE: there maybe alot of SI's but not necessarily 100k human SI's.

    I also wanted to add that the Inhabitants update gives us alot of info. We could easily assume that these are going to be some of the playable races as well that there can be bonuses for each race depend on the class choice.

    Or NOT!

    I am still torn between starting as a Trooper, Smuggler or Jedi Knight. Hard for me to answer that poll. Eventually I will play all of the classes though.

    My main will be a Jedi Consular (that's my class, I knew that since I fist saw it), but I am to curious about the other class stories, so I will try to play them all...

    I have wanted to play a Vader/Anakin, Revan, or whoever the warrior is in the decieved trailer playstyle from the start... In your face melee DPS! Defend yourself well or run,cause your about to be diced! I have always thought melee DPS was much more visceral in MMOs vs caster types. The SI by there own definition tends to sit back and manipulate more, BORING! =)

    Also I played the good guys for 5 years in WoW, ready to be evil! Where are some sand people to practice my saber skills on? lol
