nice pod cast i listen every week lol im in Port Augusta South Australia and it freezing lol but when it summer it gets over 40 degrees Celsius even close to 50 and thats hot as lol.

As for he legacy level mine is like 34 i think somewhere in the 30s thats with just 2 lvl 50s and no other alts even past 25 so it not that hard to get it high.

Also with the free to play and content they need to make the end content worth the sub which it isnt at the moment and when f2p comes out it would be a mistake to keep the sub price as it is now, since we be paying for a tiny tiny bit of the full game all the sub will be paying is to play ops, play war zones and flashpoint unlimited. I am hoping they up the level cap in November which will have a gap between the free players that play to lvl 50 and the sub players that can lvl to 60 or whatever they raise the lvl cap to

you know they are going to release some info on content at gamescon but is it going to be their last outing into the public i think that is poor. You guys have been at every convention that they have been at shaking hands meeting devs getting news for us and if they stop you can tell how much they support their game.

IMO they dont need conventions, they need to build the game. No one cares about SWTOR news (except for us and a bunch of fan sites... Commu Team is gone).

Remember EA, SWTOR is a miss.

Yeah i agree with this, they dont need to go to every single little convention.

I'm sure they'll be at the big ones, maybe once or twice a year,. but i really would prefer if they actually stayed there worked on some content, and make the content awesome, that would spread by word of mouth fast enough in the internet age, as opposed to having a Q and A on some convention where the same things are asked over and over.

You think that's bad, try living in Iowa or Indiana where the heat (and the lack of rain) pretty much killed everybody's crops.

  • #14 throbyn

Chiss would be aiight to play if I didn't have to look into those dead, soulless, pupil-less eyes every time there's a cutscene.  /shudder

  • #16 sado

Ha, maybe you're right about that.

  • #23 ChuckNorris

He is not right Sado. Only IA/BH can roll chiss, if I remember correct.

Anybody can roll anything with the legacy system. You're being very irrelevant, Mr. Norris. For shame.

  • #25 ChuckNorris

So, how many players do you know have bought Chiss species and re-roll just for the sake of being a Chiss?

Maybe that is the cause of the "unpopularity".

No Sado, don't listen to him. Chiss are awesome. I play mostly Chiss or Rattataki.

i did...... but not for legacy sake

Because both flashpoints and operations groups are split up 2:1:1 dps, tanks and heals, and with the percentages of being approximately 50%, 20%,20%, no one role should be waiting much longer than any other to find a group in theory.

  • #15 balgoth

What about all of the unguilded characters or the ones that aren't in set operations groups, or alts, or pvpers.

You've got probably 80-90% of players leveling as dps because they like big numbers and fast questing, then they hit 50 and refuse to try other roles.

  • #18 KingofGob

Right. I'm not saying this is how the system actually works, I'm just pointing out that by the logic presented in the podcast it would be this way.
