Players of Knights of The Old Republic 2 might recognize the mention of the Peragus System, located in the Galactic Northeast. As for the red-skinned female Sith, Daniel Erickson sheds some light on her origins:

I can confirm. She is what the Empire refers to as "pureblood" which means there is enough Sith blood still running in the veins to make her red-skinned although she personally does not have enough to have any of the more shocking facial features.
Some recognizable Sith armor sets are utilized throughout the webcomic; we see an iteration of a Sith Warrior outfit originally found in Developer Dispatch 5: Designing the Dark Side.

Posted 5/8/2010 1:18:41 AMSith Warriors are born into their class, Inquisitors start out as a slave whom shows a lot of force potential.
Damn, it took some digging to find that link, totally forgot what the source was on that. Er, heres a quote right from it so you dont have to read it:
"And where that other Sith class starts in a position of privilege, born to lead and prepared from childhood for training at the Academy on Korriban, the Sith Inquisitor begins the game as a slave, plucked from obscurity and toil in a highly stratified, unforgiving Empire because of his Force-sensitivity and sent to become a Sith or die."
