Friday Update Preview: Blood of the Empire #4

Sean Dahlberg sends word about this week's friday update, Blood of the Empire issue #4:

Hey everyone, we're quickly approaching E3 Expo 2010! In fact, we have just about a week and a half until we're there! We have some great things we'll be sharing with you throughout the week and the team is working to make sure that everyone has a great experience (those who are attending E3 and those who will be following us here from the web that couldn't be there).

This week's update, though, will Blood of the Empire #4 which we will be publishing at our normal time tomorrow morning.

Just wanted to give all of you a head's up.

    If they changed it to "Thursday Update" would info leak out on Wednesdays?

    Little strange that every first Friday of the month for the past year, we get a Developer Blog... except for this Friday.

    Not too disappointed. Looks like we'll be getting updates throughout next week, so I am content to wait.

    I hear the disappointment of my fellow haters, but seriously folks... this was anticipated. It was expected that as E3 approached the amount of info in the updates would shrink down temporarily. Think of this as the long inhale of breath right before they cut loose with a barrage of info at the convention. After E3 we'll be spending several weeks just catching up with all the new info we'll have to digest.

    Also on the "glass is half full" front; I'm really enjoying this webcomic (Blood of the Empire) much, much more than the previous one, and have been looking forward to each issue. The characters are more interesting... the artwork is more appealing to me... and the story is darker and more intriguing...
    Looking forward to seeing where it heads on Friday.

    This is when you start hoping and praying for at least a fan friday as well hahahaha. But seriously, I really hope there is something else tomorrow than just besides the comic, no matter how small or insignificant it can be.... anything!! But I will just have to be content with whatever they might have in store for tomorrow, even if its just the comic.

    I have to agree, I don't really see the point in the "previews". I guess with so little information coming out before E3, they are trying to drum up excitement anyway they can.

    I cant wait to E3 (ELECTRONIC ENTERTAINMENT EXPO, JUNE 15 17) i think they are gonna come out with something huge there :D

    How about Friday updates just change to Thursday updates. Then we get to know a day earlier.
