PAX: Class Abilities List
While at the Penny Arcade Expo, we had time to write down all of the abilities in the demo for our community here at DH. After the jump you will find the playable classes with abilities listed in order of level trained. Many of these will be familiar to people who have seen the abilities list from Gamescom, but a few of them have changed even since then. A full abilities list comparison will come later in the week but for now here are the abilities. Note: It is implied that these are only general class abilities and do not include advanced class abilities. The starting abilities that are missing from here were the same from Gamescom and were not changed so our staff in attendance did not write those down.- Previous

Posted 9/11/2010 12:32:04 AMit looks like you may get your lightsaber at level 4 from the description of the level 4 ability, impale.
since force charge starts a rank 2, could that indicate that you get the first rank through a story quest or something similar?
Oh and Force Crush "Suspends the target in the air while the Warrior channels his ability. If the channeling completes successfully, the target is crushed and takes massive amount of damage." ...Love it!

Posted 9/11/2010 12:30:20 AMIf there is one thing that worries me about combat it is that I don't want it to become a mind-numbing affair like WoW where almost all classes just do the same sequence over and over again (occasionally using a proc or something). Of course, the fact combat is against groups rather than just one opponent should help a good bit here, but it seems like some classes need a little love (imho).

Posted 9/10/2010 8:26:10 PMThe reason I ask is I'm not a fan of a outfit that looks like you could trip over it with every other step. Also, I sort like my characters to you know... have feet.
