The creature ID on Tatooine looks like a Dune Lizard. Haven't seen one since......SWG :)

I hope it means that we can change the appearances of our companions in things like haircut as well. Which is going to be pretty neat meaning that there is quite some chance that same companions will not look totally alike in 2 out of 3 cases

I thought the other one looked better too, I don't understand the change. As it now just looks less polished.

Or perhaps we have some degree of customization control over our characters.

My vote goes to the old Mako aswell. Somehow it looks more kickass... The voice acting also seems more intune with the older Mako.

Couldnt agree more. I even think the voice fits better with the older Mako model.

It's Belsavis imo

To me it looks like Dromund Kaas. I also considered Belsavis because of the glowing "mushroom", but I found Dromund Kaas to be a more likely candidate.
If you compare the "rainy areas" with screenshots/Concept art of dromund kaas, then the colorschemes seem very alike.
Also the metal "platforms" that are laid out in the road, matches exactly the ones shown in this screenshot http://www.swtor.com/media/screens/dromund-kaas-0 .

you have to account for ALL the different elements seen... mandolorians, gundarks, steep almost vertical cliffs of dark rock (seen in nearly every shot), tropical flora... add them all together and only one planet described so far incorporates every single one of those elements in it's description on the official website = Belsavis.

(also... there is a very brief glimpse of sky in the video, and pale blue is definitely NOT the color of sky on Dromund Kaas)
