UPDATE 11a PT: We had a chance to chat with Stephen Reid and we will have the full interview up relatively soon, but we wanted to let you know about something you will see tomorrow:
We're having a Saturday update; we got something going up tomorrow. I'm not going to spoil it but it is related to Taral V. I think people are going to like it; you're not going to have to work too hard to figure it out but it is something people have been asking for consistently for quite a long time.
No, it isn't a release date. But yeah, we're having an update tomorrow.
Working Dissection of the trailer is in the Media Gallery below. As with all dissections, we will not comment on stuff seen in prior videos. Make sure to keep checking out throughout the weekend for more content for the Dissection as we will add new content as we go. Official DevTracker post follows after the jump.
We are pleased to present Fate of the Galaxy, a brand new trailer for Star Wars: The Old Republic fresh from PAX East 2011.
Tension between the Republic and the Empire is running high. The uneasy truce established by the Treaty of Coruscant is quickly tearing apart at the seams, and a return to all-out war has begun in all but official terms. A new generation of heroes, both light and dark, emerges to face the difficulties of these chaotic times, and fight for the fate of the galaxy in this most desperate age.
This trailer, created using in-game footage, is the first update you'll see from PAX East this year. Even if you can't join us on the show floor, please check back here tomorrow for more updates. Don't forget to follow us on Twitter or like us on Facebook to get more live updates from the show floor!
We hope that you enjoy Fate of the Galaxy now!

Posted 3/11/2011 5:28:23 PMWe also know that he's probably Darth Malgus, hinted to be a SW trainer down the line. I'm sure he's willing to share the ability if you gain enough influence with him.

Posted 3/11/2011 5:21:52 PMWookiees can extract and retract their claws, and if I knew that one constantly used his, I wouldn't want him as a companion. Why have a Wookiee follow you around who can't be trusted to control him self?

Posted 3/11/2011 6:12:35 PMThe screen shot shows, what looks to me to be claws... and the swipe mark, shows scratches in the "swipe"
If Wookiees have two different appendages being fingers, and then claws that go over the fingers? that would work, but I believe they'd both be the same.
