Gamespot Join Us, It Is Your Destiny Panel Video with Working Dissection

Star Wars: The Old Republic News, Interviews, Media & Podcast

Just a few moments ago, Gamespot released their video from yesterday's 'Join Us, It Is Your Destiny' San Diego Comic-Con panel. We are still currently working on getting up our own video but we decided to get started on the dissection.

The working dissection is in the media gallery below. As with all of our dissections, items noted in prior dissections will not be mentioned here again unless otherwise important. Feel free to add your thoughts and items you noticed in the videos. If we decide to use your find, we will credit you in the dissection. Make sure to keep checking back for more throughout the day. Oh my god, Stephen Reid is awesome. He totally wore the conductor's hat when he made the announcement. I think our ears have been pressed to the tracks for long enough, that thing is coming!

From the quote no confirmed to be Satele Shan's: "neither the Republic nor the Jedi are prepared for another War", which we heard in the beginning of the Fate of the Galaxy trailer, it seems that Jenifer Hale is voicing both Satele and the female trooper, since until I saw that I thought it was the Trooper's quote. Makes sense, since Jenifer also voice Bastila.

Hey DH, on Picture 39 the lines that were Darth Angral sounded familiar. So i did a little research, and turns out that my hunch was right. Darth Angral is in the Fate of the Galaxy trailer :D Hes at 1:06 - 1:11.

Yeah that line definitely sounded familiar. Angral had a generic model in FotG though, because he looked more like an Imp officer than a Sith. Or maybe that's how Angral looks, since I haven't read the comics.

It says it's a member gallery, so the MMORPG staff aren't using the DH pics, but its users certainly are saving and reposting them in their own galleries on there.

The video doesnt seem to work properly. I can only watch the first 18 minutes or so. Does anyone maybe have a link to another site where this video can be seen? I would love to watch the companion customization.

The video embed is up from Youtube in the post above now. Try that and see if it works.

Nope, sadly. Every single version of the video seems to stop at around 19 minutes. And I am not the only one who seems to be heaving that problem.

It does not. Tried downloading the video myself from GameSpot, but it freezes at approx. 19 minutes...
