The Pre-Launch Guild program for Star Wars: The Old Republic has officially ended. If you are in a guild that qualified, you can expect an e-mail in the next couple of days with details regarding joining your guild in-game, how to check the status of your guild and your server assignment. BioWare also stated that while they will try to ensure all your Allies and Adversaries will be assigned to your same server, they cannot guarantee it.

SWTORToday we are announcing that the Pre-Launch Guild Program for Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ has come to an end. Guilds that have met the prerequisite of having four members redeem their Pre-Order Codes at our Code Redemption Center are now locked for transfer into the game in time for our December 20th launch.
If your guild has qualified for import, you can expect to receive an email at some time over the next several days. This email will give you further details on how to check the status of your guild as well as further details about how to join your guild once you’re in the game. Your email will also tell you which server your guild has been assigned to, so you will know which one to select when Early Game Access begins. While we will do everything we can to ensure that your Allies and Adversaries are on your server with you, we can’t necessarily guarantee that every guild will see their Allies and Adversaries on their server with them.
We want to thank each and every one of you who took part in the program, and we look forward to seeing you all in the game!

Posted 12/6/2011 12:46:12 AMCan we get any info on what is going to happen with the DH guild? I joined the DH guild on SWTOR.com and I patiently waiting as the DH team said they would be coming out with more details and now the guilds have locked and I have no idea if I'm even in a "real" guild. It would be nice to know if when I log on for Early Access that I know I'm going to be playing on the DH server. Any comment of ETA on this info from the DH team? P.S. I love you all.

Posted 12/6/2011 1:25:58 PMThe DH guild "fan" community will be there and we will try to make it work once in game, one can only hope sado actually takes the small amount of time to get his person into the guild come launch and does something like choose a leader of the guild when/if he leaves, or heaven forbid actually participates in some form of another instead of total indifference. I'm afraid if nothing happens at all on their end then it will not turn out like a "real" guild like you said, instead it will be a toddlers caged play pen filled with sleepers' clones(trolls) that DH have made for themselves for no apparent reason...so here's to hoping otherwise.

Posted 12/3/2011 4:01:32 PMKind of dissapointed sado did not spend the 2 minutes to designate any allies or adversarys for the Darth Hater guild. He added about 40 members right before lock but we lost that many members already in the past week, more than not due to this sort of inaction. Falure to respond to his own created guild is quite perplexing.

Posted 12/3/2011 4:13:07 PMI'm pretty sure that is just the fan-guild. Not the actual guild.
I'm sure when the emails go out the server it gets designated to will be published here.

First of all let me tell you I've been defending Sado about his inactivity the past 2 months. Secondly, it’s mainly his crew that is updating the site and making sure things get published. Thirdly, we just ascertained that he has been in SWTOR beta for about 2 months only through his recent podcast. This can explain his lack of presence for the things he claims to continue on after launch(which IMO if he was focusing on any site related things like you claim because of his beta time his Database/potcast/breakdowns/info should be vastly more filled than it currently is). Fourthly, like I said, quite a few of the real DH crew is in this guild along with himself. Fifthly, I've turned down a minimum of 10 decent guilds offering me membership, because of what they have read that I have posted or published, which I have turned down being in the DH guild. Lastly, this was never labeled a “fan” guild until recently, since guild inception it’s been labeled “placeholder” guild, with no clear intention provided by the DH community. If you don’t see your entire point irrelevant by this point you’re helpless and means I will not be feeding your troll mentality any further. Know what you’re talking about before you speak, please.

Posted 12/4/2011 12:08:52 PMSo what you are saying is your dissapointed because rather than focusing on the website and making sure content gets published Sado should drop all that he is doing so he can focus on a fan guild for a couple of fanbois like you who cant get into a regular guild have a place to go where you can worship the folks here at DH since you lack real social skills. Get over it

Posted 12/3/2011 8:46:17 PMPersonally, I think you're making quite the mountain out of a very tiny mole-hill.
I can't speak for Sado of course, but I'm sure he's been busy and did not intend to cause any offence by whatever it is you think he's neglected.

Posted 12/3/2011 6:41:15 PMSado's main SWTOR account is leader of this "Fan" guild, and only he can make adjustments to it. So this even being said "Fan" guild, its one heck of a statement in regards to their mentality about the fans. I think this is what caused around 40 fans to gquit over the past week. This is a very intuitive tool Bioware gave us to improve the quality of our game experiences, and for DH to ignore such an advantage is quite preposterous.
