Maintenance: July 4

Since the recent transfers, the overall quality of service of those servers has been an issue. In an effort to increase stability, servers will go down for a brief two-hour maintenance window.

We will be performing an unscheduled maintenance this Wednesday, July 4th, 2012. This maintenance will increase server stability. After the maintenance, there will not be a new patch to download.

This evening, we will be bringing down the game servers and SWTOR.com for a brief maintenance period for two hours from 2AM CDT (12AM PDT/3AM EDT/8 AM BST/9AM CEST/5PM AEST) until 4AM CDT (2AM PDT/5AM EDT/10AM BST/11AM CEST/7PM AEST). All game servers and SWTOR.com will be offline during this period. This maintenance is expected to take no more than two hours, but could be extended.

    Hmm wonder what they will "fix" (or break most likely) this time. Gonna guess it will be some garbage no one really gives a damn about instead of stuff like the horrid lag in this game or the utter piece of garbage lfg tool that eventually leads you spamming general.

    Hey man, you really need to give up some hate that you have got in your heart you know... It's not good to live like that, try to get some time with your friends and family, get away from the game a bit... will be good for you. I hope you get better.

    I'm going out to have a nice 4th of July celebration with some buds. All the drinks and burgers are going to be flowing. 

    Go outside, Kolz. Smell the flowers. I admire your dedication to coming to this site to rant endlessly, but damn -- you're going to give yourself an aneurysm. 

    When I get back from the party, I'm jumping on SWTOR for a bit. Because I like the direction it is heading. Since you clearly don't, step back from it for awhile and go do something you'll enjoy.

    Nah, it's really enjoyable to have daily down times to fix the non-important things instead of the broken stuff in this game. Here is the deal, I'll give up my hate if they can fix up all the broken shit in this game before it foes f2p. :)

    I'll take Kotz's honest anger over the snide, patronizing attitude of ChuckNorris and Jaramukti any day.

    CN and Jara: Instead of aiming your passive-aggressive "advice" at Kotz, keep your comments on the points he makes about the game flaws. Maybe you don't have those same problems with game performance? Maybe you concur with BioWare's choice of where to focus their fixes? Maybe you're having a ball with the current state of the LFG? But spare us (and the community) your snarky, ad hominem faux-kindness. Telling Kotz to "get better" is just an insult and mocking, despite your sugar-coated prelude. If you were honest with yourselves, CN and Jara, you'd address your own need to belittle other folks' expression of anger. 

    At least Kotz wrote about (legitimate) game issues. Posts like CN's and Jara's are just a lame form of trolling. They're useless posts that don't talk about the game, content, or design. Don't be bullied by them, Kotz. And I hope other people angry about the pace, direction,and choices of BioWare's fixes will keep posting here and on the SWTOR forums.

    BUT

    Mrs Kotz is trolling every post about the new features in 1.3 and maintenance posts.

    So, Mrs Patrick Santana, take some time to see the LAST 10 POSTS from your friend Mrs Kotz and then come back to call me and Jara TROLLS. He is trolling like that over, and over, and over again... if you hate anything that much, you have issues kid, I am sorry.

    We (DH fans) have nothing to do with your hate... and since your "feedback" does not add anything to the conversation, GTFO.
