It has been almost a full week since Game Update 1.5 and the Free to Play conversion went live on Star Wars: The Old Republic’s servers. As with any update of this size, there are issues. Since many of these issues involve the Cartel Store we have tried to put together a simple, plain listing of all the major issues we have seen so far.
Incorrect Descriptions – At least one unlock, Legacy Speeder Piloting, is listed as being a Legacy-wide unlock when in actuality it is only a character specific purchase. All of the Legacy-wide unlocks also have incorrect denotations.
Missing Coins – Some players are reporting either not receiving their full Cartel Coin allotments, or that sometimes they will make a purchase from the Cartel Store, only to not receive their items. Re-logging seems to refund the missing Coins for players who do not receive the unlocks. Additionally, some players who purchase coins from the SWTOR store never received their Cartel Coins.
Cartel Coin Grants Slow/Missing/Inaccurate – There is considerable confusion right now as to how BioWare is handling Cartel Coin grants for multi-month subscribers, specifically launch veterans, whose billing dates hit just prior to the F2P conversion. In addition, some subscribers who have been billed for their November subscription have yet to receive their November Cartel Coin grant including a few of our own staff members.
All of this would be understandable with a change as massive as the Free to Play update. The part that is frustrating however is the lack of response from BioWare on these issues. We commented in the past about the problems regarding customer service and the canned responses players receive. In this case, it appears to be the same problem SWTOR subscribers have dealt with since the launch of the game -- lack of feedback regarding these concerns. It should be noted that we’re entering a holiday week, so there may be a delay in hearing back. If you have experienced any issues with the Cartel Market that we don’t have mentioned above, please let us know in the comments below.
Update: Community Manager Joveth Gonzalez commented on Reddit moments ago regarding these problems.
For those of you who have not received your Cartel Coins, please send me your account info via PM. You should be getting your coins 33 days after your initial billing date.
thanks!

Posted 11/20/2012 8:50:32 PMIt's mainly a horrible customer service problem. The same reason I canceled my sub months ago.
So far haven't had any problems with the F2P aspects. I've been using credits to get the premium unlocks i want, so that's good enough for me.

Posted 11/20/2012 1:26:02 PMNot to mention that F2Pers can't post on the official forums, so if you have problems with the game, too bad. Then you'll have to resort to the phone, and those 7 hour calls as you said one person said.
(Wonder when they'll add a Cartel Store unlock to post on the forums for F2Pers? :P)

Posted 11/20/2012 11:46:01 AMI put in a ticket about the legacy speeder unlock only being per character and not account wide ( I would not have gotten it if it was just for one char, because that char was a main that already had it unlocked) and I got this reply:
"Greetings,
Thank you for contacting us with regard to your recent Cartel Coin purchase.
We appreciate that you made the purchase in error, but regretfully, we must advise you that we do not offer refunds in these cases. "
Lol.....i did not purchase it in error bioware, you gave me something else instead of what i purchased (char only instead of account wide)

Posted 11/20/2012 11:18:16 AMThat's not an issue, that's the limitations you take on when you stop paying a monthly sub.

Posted 11/20/2012 11:37:29 AMAs opposed to how it would have worked without the F2P option. You know, where you wouldn't even be able to log in.
