    To make matters worse, the new PVP gear isn't even worth it in most cases. As a pure Shadow Tank, all but 2 of the Elite war hero tanking gear pieces gives added damage and a small willpower boost, but takes AWAY endurance with minimal or no Expertise increase. Ummmm, what? Why would I regrind a million ranked comms for gear that doesn't help me....

    They've actually made the gear grind less.  Getting WH gear now is so easy and the difference between WH & EWH is next to nothing; so, in theory, gear should be less and less a factor (ie: all the ppl complaining about gear imbalance).

    For anyone that was already min/max, there really isn't much of a gear grind, because this "new tier" isn't much of a bump in stats.  No reason for me to grind and grind to just get a new mod that has +1 main stat and +1 power.

    I'm not a fan of this. They just removed crafting and story mode flashpoints as a way to get gear when you hit 50. We already had an issue where the free PvP gear was the best PvE gear that people were going to get for a while. I'm just glad I'm not grinding out level 50 gear on any of my characters.

    they are only doing this because they have too bring out new tiers of PvE and PvP to satisfy the top end people but others who just get to 50 will be miles behind now so they give you "bootstrap" gear so the gap is not as big
