I very rarely skip dialogue even if I've seen it 3 times already like with my Troopers. I did parts of them in beta and now I'm making a Vanguard and Commando. If I do skip dialogue, I just skip the NPC's part. I never skip Jennifer Hale's voice. That should be a sin.

hi guys,I am trying to instal swtor downloading it from the hp. When I run the exe file I am getting "do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer" I click yes, and then nothing happen.

Here is what i ve tried:

Run as admin., create a new user with admin rights, allow the game at the antivirus and firewall, java, internet are up to date, I have over the minimum specs.

I am running no programs in the background, I uninstalled the game , instaled it again using the cd,

Internet is working fine.

Can somebody help me?

If you have FRAPS running in the background, try turning it off :)

I'm bad, I sometimes panick and hit ESC to get out of the convo and then spacebar up to the same point and pick the choice that I like. I sometimes do convos 2 or 3 times! definately loving the "4th pillar"

Several quests mark objective points with that icon. For example if you need to talk to Bad Guy Jim before you blast him it will use that icon. It will also use the icon for the 3 gas tanks outside his base you decide to shoot up on your way in.

Yeah, that is kinda strange... Unless...if you press the spacebar often enaugh, maybe you can skip the whole boring quest and just get the exp! Level 50 in one day! So coooooolllll...not.

ugh,I cant stand groupmates who spacebar through the game, saying "hey dude wtf? spacebark already!" i'm like "Whatever i am actually enjoying the game and waited 5 years for it" kinda defeats the purpose of purchasing a story-driven mmo. I know lots of peeps who are like "im level 50 already whoot" oh this game sux... etc. ya know what. got two level 20ish characters and enjoying the game more than any other game i've known for years. Cept for the repetitive combat. If you skip the meat on the steak and only drink the juice thats just... weird.

Love the comic though! :D

Exactly. Waiting as long as we have for this story driven MMO, I would actually like to ... GASP, wait for it.. see/hear/read the story. I mean this is NOT a Micheal Bay MMO... this is Lucas. Have you seen the Star Wars movies people??? I can see maybe like doing the flashpoint for the 2+ times to spacebar, but first time though, I like to go through the story.

But, yea, I don't think Bioware was ready for the spacebarers to zoom to 50 in a few days. They prob figured they would have a few extra weeks to figure out end game stuff before mass amounts were turning 50. They prob though people would actually go through the dialog, not skip it.

But yea, laughed at comic.

I know a guy who will respond the first time that while he pays for his subscription and the other guy does not (pay for the first guy's sub), he will see it through and ask him politely, to wait. If he continues then the guy will actually become a bit of a dick himself and almost wait the timer out before selecting a response.
