So I've ordered the physical authenticator on 20 december, it's now 5 January and I'm aware that the holidays could cause some delay but 16 days after the order I've yet to receive the e-mail that its been shipped even.
Anyone else who has done this and still hasn't got a confirmation e-mail that its been shipped?
I've also tried contacting EA via e-mail, "guaranteed reply within 24hrs", it's been 7 days since the e-mail and still no reply..
I just wanted to update you with some information regarding the delay with receiving your Security key.
This matter is currently being investigated with Origin. For those of you who are still waiting to receive your Security key from Origin I would like to assure you that you will receive your orders very soon.

Did you order the security key from origin.com?
If this is correct you should email them with your order details for an update on your order status.
