I am currently purchasing a major upgrade for my PC in an attempt to achieve 2 goals.


1. Run SW:TOR at the best possible graphics without losing performance

2. Stream without any hardware lag issues using Xsplit.

I have a budget of about 250 dollars. Some are telling me to get an SSD, some are telling me to upgrade my processor to an i7 quad core.
