I put in an email to customer service support about a month ago maybe a month and a half now concerning infraction points on my account. I still have yet to hear back about it...I'm starting to get very angry. Is there anyone out there from customer service that will look into the email I sent? I'm pretty frustrated about infraction points on my account that will not expire for a harmless joke that some mod took the wrong way. I find it even more humorous as I see people saying the exact same thing I said months ago not being punished for it...I know because I sent them PMs or posts in their threads asking them to update me if their post got deleted or they got punished...not one of them has been. So someone from customer service please read my mail and resolve my infraction point issue.
