I have got to say I am highly disappointed with bioware and its customer service. My GM recently lost his keys and along with them his security key authenticator. He has been getting the run around via customer service on the phone that he has been spending his own money to sit on hold and talk to. He has been hung up on at least twice now. They tried to cancel his security key authenticator since it was lost and then set up a mobile authenticator, but apparently if you cancel your authenticator its perm and it locks the account out for good. So here my friend the GM of my guild sits still being charged for his subscription while being unable to access the very account he is paying money for. What the hell is going on bioware? This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever heard of in any mmo ever. Fix your stuff. My friend is on his very last straw and all his patience has been exhausted by your fake and broken promises to resolve this issue. This amounts to robbery since you are taking his money without providing the service you have promised. Is he going to have to contact the better business bureau over this? Is he going to have to sue you? Are you ever going to rectify this situation or should my guild just go play another mmo?
