What Characters best Represent your Sage and Shadow?

What Jedi from Star Wars best represents your personal view of the Sage and/or Shadow?

Let me emphasize that I'm not asking what you think the "official iconic" basis is for these AC's, but rather what you personally would like to see from these AC's, whether it's from a roleplaying perspective, gameplay, visuals (gear, etc.) or all three.  What character from the films or EU do you look for primary inspiration?

I'll start with mine as an example:

Sage - Arca Jeth:  He's my personal "icon" for the Sage.  Here's a guy who I think never pulled out a lightsaber in any of the stories he was featured in, and was legendary for developing new techniques with the Force, like the ability to destroy droids through the Force alone (lightside players in KOTOR can thank Jeth for that ability).

The Sage I want to play, story-wise, is one that's interested in pushing the boundaries of the Force and is very inquisitive.  My Sage would definite hold to the light side of the Force, but have a few Grey decisions when his inquisitive nature occasional takes him against the wishes of the Council.  And if I could be an Arkanian, well that would be just superb too.

Shadow - Shado Vao:  The Twi'lek Master Shado Vao represents a lot of what I'd like to see in my Shadow, both story-wise and mechanically.  He's a master of Force persuasion and (given the time period) is an expert and going unseen by the Sith.  His skill with the saberstaff is exceptional as well, and none have stood against him in a duel without difficulty.

The Shadow I want to play is one, like Vao, who is cool and confident to the edge of detached arrogance.  I'd actually take it a little further than Vao and make her closer to Grey or a little Dark, concerned above all else with hunting and containing the Sith.  Visually, too, I'd like a Shadow with his sort of gear; darker, comfortable robes that are cut to allow for acrobatic combat.

    So what are your "icons"?
