I know STR is our primary stat, but what would be viewed as our secondary? I am a level 30 Sentinel ATM and I am focusing more on Power, I take down mobs really fast and I barely have any issues soloing. Should Power be viewed as our secondary stat as we progress into higher endgame or should crit be viewed up there as well. I know Surge is a really good stat as well and it seems to be valued pretty high, but with Power and Crit, which should be viewed as a secondary?

I think it will depend on your spec. Stacking crit as watchman is probably the way to go as that will result in more crit burns = more healing, etc.

Nice question, as I've been wondering the very same thing myself. I stacked STR and CRIT all the way to lvl 40 as it seemed the normal thing to do, as the tooltip for STR says it increases both melee and force damage. But I didn't find that to be the case, stacking power (secondary) seemed to give me much better damage overall than crit and I was like huh? It's worth mentioning I went down the Focus tree path.

I've now changed to Watchman and do much more damage, especially in PvP. Whereas it was hard to do anything beyond 150000 damage with the Focus tree I can now do +200000 damage easily. People can't nuke me that easily because of the healing. And I've yet to use Merciless slash (one point away from it). I mention this because as Jackson said, as Watchman you should probably stack crit which seems to do the trick. While I was Focus I just couldn't tell but Power seemed to be more vital than crit.

You know. Does percision work with Accuracy. Because if your a combat Sentinel. You should probably go for Accuracy cuz The perciision and armor peircing bonuse dmg seems promising
