PvP Build?

    If Feelin' Woozy and Sapping Charge stack for 60% speed debuff i would take Feelin' Woozy instead of the extra escape from Dirty Trickster maybe.

    I do not think the 31 point Hemorraging Blast's 30% buff would be more than Shock Charge + 3 Contigency Charges + the extra damage from an extra dot on Wounding Shots.  I do not think the 3 Points in Cold Blooded are needed with Quickdraw and Cheap Shot/Head Shot as a finishers.

    Sabo Charge if' you can, Shock Charge, Shrap Bomb, Vital Shot gets you 3 dots and 3x Wounding Shot. x4 Wounding Shot if you land the lvl 48 Frieghter attack in there somewhere.  All 30 meter range, instant casts and can be used out of cover.

    Pretty much permanent 30% speed debuff on target. 2 Escapes to negate theirs, if they do get close, you have 30% speed buff from Dirty Escape when you use kick. AoE minimum 2 second root from Pulse Detonator, a single target minimum 2 second root with Leg Shot.  2 Interrupts with Distraction and Flash Grenade.  35 meter range on blaster skills after DoTs are up and feeding you energy.  

    Kiting machine viable?

    How would you kill this?

    With a ranged DPS class. ;)

    In all seriousness, you have a great grasp on the utility needed to combat smug/IA's aversion to melee, but you need to bear in mind what you're build is going for. If it's 1v1, that's fine, but in a group setting CC's get thrown around Halloween candy and playing theoryWars becomes tricky. Marauders/Sents have 2 leaps and a 4-sec vanish to use as re-engage tools. If they're effective at keeping up their snares and utilizing their distance closers, you may have a hard time escaping even with all your cool downs (some of which are 2-minute CDs to counter a move of theirs that's only on a 15s Cd).

    It's definitely a good build, and mine is actually very similar, but let's not be naïve. We've seen the issues that can arise with endgame smug PvP. All the tactics in the world don't save us from the pure-numbers game, and the unfortunate truth is that Sorcs and Sages beat us in that regard. So there is AT LEAST 1 weakness, if nothing else.

    Would love to see some more builds popping up here (do you mind posting yours Kato :D) - I've currently looking for a DPS focused one but with Sawbones for independant heals. Its a same some talents had changed since the early BETA days, my 11/30/0 got all screwed haha :(.

    Also in regards to an opening sequence/rotation/priority list would love to hear it, currently having 300 skills on my bar, not knowing which is the most 'optimzed' and energy management is driving me insane haha.
