I looked at the Darthhater DB and it seems that I am missing some quests that Kaliyo is supposed to give me. I am level 22 currently and have not had a single quest given to me. Is it a problem with affection levels where they have to be a certain level before she gives you quests?
Will I have to wait but then be able to do them all? Or did I miss out completely on some of them?
They are affection based. Raise your affection with her and you should be able to open conversations with her in your ship or a cantina. There will be a notice on her icon when one is availble. They start as brief character background conversations, and eventully you get quest to go out on.

You will get them at some point. I was around level 30 when I got my first combat quest (you get a few conversation quests prior to that), and it was set to be around level 20. So apparently I was behind the curve, and I had even spammed gifts from my Diplomacy crew skill (I had to level it rather fast). It might be a bit rough though, as I assume I would only reach the correct level if I had gotten full affection every time (which is a pretty sick playthrough I would say).
