Basicly sets your resolution to something higher and scales it back to your screen size, effectively making the game think it's a higher resolution. End effect is no need for antialiasing because the game already renders everything at a higher pixel count and the interface scales down because it thinks its a bigger screen.

Actually if you want a smaller UI size I guess this would be cool to use.
