i mean, i was readin up on the bolster system and it still kinda sounds like its better to just wait until you hit 50 and pvp.i know in my last game i kinda liked pvping at lower lvls but they didnt have the bolster system
Why do you say that? the only real difference is now the cap is 49 for the 1- 49 bracket and your gear is still tuned as if the gear you're wearing is = to the type of gear the top person is wearing. You can be level 10 and top damage meters pretty easily if you wanted. you can even be top medal winner. Jsut don't go in with a bunch of greens. The only difference is that you don't have all the abilities that the higher level people have. so the only real disadvantage are the classes that don't get stuns/interupts until later in their leveling as compared to the others that get them pretty early.
even when there were 50's in pvp, I could still own a 50 when i was in my 30's, so long as they didn't have a lot of pvp expertise gear. your assessment is invalid if you don't try it. it's fun as hell. the bolster thing brings people on a similar playing field in the amount of pwr and hp, but obviously a lvl 10 with only 2 moves will suck salt with my assortment of fun tools at 49.
Lets compare Bobthejedi and Stevethesith, Bobthejedi is level 20 with some blues and purples from crafting and flashpoints, Stevethesith is level 46 and is mostly greens from quests. Bobthejedi will destroy Stevethesith because Bobthejedi has a huge advantage in gear for his level.
A Sniper in full purple crafted gear at level 20 will crit higher than a lvl 50 in tionese gear.
I am level 13 vanguard and still manage to punt unskilled players. I doubt in your case the max level cap will improve your experience.
Maybe the class you picked is not suited for you or you do not completly understande the mechanics.
Imagine that at 50 you will have to deal with very geared players that have a lot of HP, damage reduction and damage bonus against newly dinged 50 players. You should PVP while you are low level to get some commendations and have a chance at an average gear when you reach the max level.
im with an assassin lvl 29 and im loving the warzones at the moment, i always get alot of medals most of the time. 7, 9 or 9 in some cases- wich is pretty good right now. I have no trouble and its defenitly worth it.

The last game I did PvP was Galaxies... now with ToR I also wanted to wait till 50 because I wanted to explore the world and all this but unfortunately I started few days ago in my late 20's and I literally can not stop. I'm sitting at 1k mercenary commodations, I got my lvl 40 gear complete and I start thinking what else I can do. For sure there are some frustrating moments, like I had just after I did a new keybinding.... but if you get into it it is just so much fun. I don't know if the lvl 50's have that much because 1-49... no expertise. Btw. I'm playing Powertech and just "finished" my Shieltech tree so there is not that much dmg going on but you can still easily walk out with 6-9 medals.
Also, don't forget that you need to push your Valor rank for gear.
Echoing the sentiment to max out merc and wz commendations by 49, as well as buying one champ bag and re-maxxing so you can have 6 bags upon getting 50. You could even start getting the Battlemaster ear and implants as they just cost 200/200 commendations. This will give you a bit of a leg up when you enter the expertise bracket. And as soon as you hit 50 do the basic 'play a wz' quest so you can jump right into the 3 wins one.
Just in case you didn't know, the pvp and ilum dailies (30 kills/armaments) give 1 champ or BM bag, and the weeklies (9 wz wins, 150 kills/armaments ilum) give 2 champ and 1 champ or BM bag (these are not unique). You could also try as low level if you are just pvping to jump to ilum and get the valor buff (basically empire only on my server) for the extra 40-200 valor per warzone.
