    So I started  playing as it became free to play, and quite frankly I like the game.The F2P restrictions are very very annoying, I don't think they have  good model, but hey.

    So I decided to sub. I live in germany, don't own a credit card, so direct debit is the logical choice for me. However, once I enter my details and bank info...if I press continue it does not take me anywhere. It just seems to refresh  the page, does not give me an error message like enter a correct address or something. Just nothing.

    Since customer support just ignores anyone who does not currently subscribe (I am preferred status atm) and I can't even post in official forums I am now at somewhat of a loss. Does anyone else have that problem? If not, what could the reason be? I tried other browsers, usually use chrome, tried firefox and even internet explorer (yep I was desperate). 

    Thanks for any help you can offer. I really thought they would at least help if I wanted to pay them....
