So I locked my account by answering one of the security questions incorrectly (a question I don't remember setting in the first place, but okay). Tried to recover my password, but I always get asked the same security question (to which I don't know the answer). Calling the CS was next. Calls from my country to the UK (via Skype) are not exactly cheap, but I tried a number of times anyway. What I don't know is after the initial message "We are currently receiving a high volume of customer calls..." what are you supposed to do? I get some menu options after that (I choose account and billing), but at what point do you get hold of a real person? I'm a subscriber by the way, but obviously I can't post in the official forum because I'm locked out. Thanks
