They do care about the subs it's still their primary bread and butter and the game would drop to nil without us. I agree things like server transfers should be free along with a name change why not? I see no reason to disagree and bioware shouldn't neither they do very well with their Cartel packs and what not throwing us a bone every now and then shouldn't be too much of a game breaker for them unless they are being greedy fookers?

Do not expect any new WZ's in this new update. If there were they would be jumping up and down to share it with all of us as they did with the Hypergate. Also there has been little to no word on the test server so we can rule this idea out for sure.
However being able to choose which WZ you can go in wouldn't work and would create waiting times which would suck, in addition would encourage more talented pre-mades that so many cry about so that idea wouldn't work out to well either.
I do not feel as though we have enough WZ's and would ideally like to see 5 new ones created in the future (next yr or two would be nice) I personally pvp a lot I am always wanting to see more for it as well. We do not have enough War zones at present but people are working with this, I would like to see higher Valor put in place, I would like to see gear at a Higher tier that required a certain valor to obtain ( <--- Great idea to encourage more to learn their class and play better this comes through experience and pvp is a grind so let's get something nice for it !)
Many people this yr that have and do pvp feel as though they were screwed over in the sense that Bioware messed the 2.0 update for pvpers. The gear people worked so hard to get over a 6month or 12 month time span was ereased in a day with nothing to show for it other then getting 1 additional pvp daily. If bioware wanted to make it up to players give us all new pvp gear - HINT 69 and 72 and at the same time keep the 63 and 65 gear in place .... This would take a good player a month or more to obtain and time vs rewared would be nice and appreciated I think.
For those that don't PvP I'd like to see more added Flash Points and at least 3 new Op's. HMFP's can be done quickly and many would appreciate it, new HMFP's would also be appreciated. We also need a new standard for Nightmare modes which too many hard core PvE players feel is a joke.... Perhaps making an Op tough enough and long enough so that it is broken down into a couple hrs a day to finish would be a good thing?

Currently I feel the biggest issue is the battle between in game devs vs in game hacks concerning PvP. It's no lie we have some who hack pvp. If you don't know well now you do. Many guilds are well known for this already but still exist. " We haz Cookies" (imperial guild) "Goof Troop" (Republic sister guild of We haz Cookies), Covenant is another Rep guild getting know for hacking so is Army of Monkeys which is an imp guild and there are many more as well but I am not going to type out each one lol.
Why waste the time or bother to Hack is beyond me. The penalty for getting caught is having all toons deleted so why bother? To prove you can do it? If so congrads I guess. I personally can't help but laugh at such it's like an impotent man using a vibrator on a woman then calling it natural LOL... I know many that are subject to the abuse of hacks don't appreciate it either but yet it's something we have to deal with while the devs and hacks wage war.

This is very true I was around to see this and it was nice at the time. Now it's about 3 days wait on average to a week. An honestly it could be worse they listen they try to help most of the time and resolve the problem. Now I'd love to say 7 or 8 but the truth is they don't rate higher then a 4 to be honest.
I can say a rating of 4 is about right as their customer service has declined lots since then they still try. I've played other games where things were far worse. I will say that Bioware doesn't give a damn about our F2P gamers which troubles me a lot and for that I really should give them a 1 or a 2 but my personal experience with them is about a rating of 4. Everyone wants to see more and more improvements here, with the game it self, customer service, updates, glitches and so on... but they are budgeting their money and we can only get so much at one time. I know all of this, my only advice to people is keep bitching and moaning, so long as they are making money they will keep trying to improve their areas of the game and support that are fucked up .

Create a ticket and file it under " Item/ Loot " <---- It's the only way to get a reply from theses people and even then it still takes freaking days or a week as their customer service is over worked and underpaid and most of all poorly managed for 1 million subs and another 3 quarter million F2P accounts. Once you file the ticket, make your complaint as clear as day these people are like fucking morons. List the Server you play on (they are too lazy too look) Tell them what Character this is for (again laziness) list the primary complaint. Don't stop yet... List the time you got the item that's fucked up, lol, List the problem with the item or items that are fucked up. Now you put a complaint in that you've been dealing with this issue since the day you got it (be specific as to what day you obtained the item) until today when you learned to make a complaint about it. Not done yet... You have to still juice it up a bit so they actually pay a little attention. Now finally in closing you want to add that " if " the problem is not fixed by such and such day ( give them like a week cause they are over worked, lazy, slow minded, and some stupid) That you will " consider " canceling your sub to them and that by far you are not only disappointed but you are out raged at the time you've had to wait through this, and at the lack of intelligence they have from within their own fucking game. Continue on to say " It's not your job to report every fucking glitch either" and that your time should be compensated as a Sub. Furthermore, you demand to see customer service improvements in the future and strongly advise them to check their future updates for glitches before putting them out and wasting not only your time with tickets but your money for items you can't sell or fucking use!!!
Now... that is where you close the ticket. Many might think this a harsh way to speak to our devs in game, after all they are over worked, under paid and etc... however I assure you that they will apologize for the problem (casual bullshit) and it will be fixed very promptly. Oh and yes this does work, no you will not get banned or suspended for any of this it's your right as a SUB to have a complaint or more and Voice your thoughts anyway you like. I have plenty of experience with Bioware and so far this has worked for me pretty well on most things.

The account wide unlocks currently sold on the GTN are bugged currently. They also only apply to the 2 toons you have, so when you make another, it doesn't carry over.
The bug is a bad one too, even Subscribers have it. It only applies the unlock to ONE toon.
Also, if you are a F2P, it bugs the account and allows creating of additional toons (up to 12 characters). But after XXX time, it switches back to the 2. Also, since you get no Support In-Game, you are out the item then and unlock.
Bioware is currently ignoring the issue. I would save your Cartel Coins, as you might get screwed out of them.
I am a sub and I feel this is a MAJOR issue with Bioware ignoring their F2P gamers...! F2P put money into the game so why are they not entitled to customer support? As a sub I appreciate my tickets being looked at first, but.... why are F2P not looked at all??? This is a great concern because if Bioware continues this how long before it becomes habit and they start ignoring their subs as well? When 1 person says Fuck it at work, it can spread very much like the flu. People are paid to work not ignore gaming issues!!! F2P or Sub both put money into the game, both class of players play the game, both have very IMPORTANT issues regarding the game, Both should be attended too. Sub complaints should be looked into and resolved in a day or so, F2P a few days a week at most. However how does anyone expect someone to be willing to Sub if they are treated like shit as a F2P? They won't the logic is simple. It sounds like Bioware is just screwing up left and right. I hope for us all they get their shit straight before their million dollar game goes in the shitter and with an attitude like this towards fellow gamers this could happen a lot quicker then they suspect.

So last week I bought the account legacy title unlock. It bugged and it didn't go through. After sending an email, and calling Bioware, they informed me that I can get no support, even for bugged items that they received money for. I was angry, but I moved on.
Now just today, I bought the weekly space pass. Again, I used it, the item disappeared, and no space missions. Again, email and phone, they won't help me. What kind of scam are they running here? They receive money, I don't get my product, and they ignore me after. I don't know what to do anymore. (obviously not buying anything else is the first thing that I'm doing)
That's pure Bullshit !!! You have every right to be pissed off with Bioware... I know I'd be outraged my self if this happened to me personally. I am a sub but that shouldn't mean people buy things and then don't get the benifit of using them. I would demand they mail you the items back personally. yes, they can do that. They can also look to see if they worked or not. The key to gaming is not to work for one half and not the other but to make sure things work for everyone regardless. If this is how Bioware is treating it's F2P gamers now, it's not all to far away that the subs are next in line for this sort of bullshit. I really hope they mail you the items back that you used and that this problem gets corrected fast. !!!
