What, no real bug fixes, just pointless ones. Good to know they still have their priorities in order.

Quite frankly I'm very disappointed by this patch. Not because of the content, there is plenty. Because of the the huge money grab. Things were not discounted enough for subscribers in my opinion. I've been paying $15/month since launch and all these things that have been promised free since launch now cost money. Not to mention the ridiculous crap shoot of buying the packs to get the good items or paying incredibly inflated prices for them on the GTN. It amazes me how they have the resources to push this cartel market crap out at a blistering pace, yet content and bug fixes are still at a snail's pace. I logged in yesterday to lag that was 10 times worse than it had been, fortunately I didn't have any of the other major issues others are having. With all this new income EAware needs to hire more people for bug fixes and new content. They still have the force camouflage bug from launch for crying out loud. I know it's not exactly game breaking, but how hard can that be to fix. If it wasn't for my guild and the fact I love Star Wars I would've quit a long time ago. I've already stopped buying any other EA games.

I for one like the new bolster system. It makes for more competitive matches than before. It may be partially because people are still grinding, but the matches seem more even now. I don't have the time to gear every toon I have for PVP, but I can still jump in for a few WZs with PVE gear and actually contribute. The expertise still provides a little advantage for the toons that I do spend time gearing. I do like that they made shield useful in PVP as well. Now if they would start adding more WZs at a faster pace and fix a few other balance issues.

They don't want to tell you all they have planned because then they'll catch flak if it doesn't end up making it in the final release. They know how much people bagged on them for previous empty promises and things they were supposed to install and never did. They constantly fail to meet their own expectations, let alone others. Almost every major patch was missing something they said was going to be in there. There are things they promised 6 months to a year ago that still aren't in the game. Why would they continue to make promises they know they can't keep.

Do you need reputation to buy the stuff, or just to wear it?

Lets not forget that these P2W ship parts allow you to get BH comms. They should have made the grind for the parts less intense, or the CC items more expensive. As it is, I will probably buy the ship parts with my monthly sub allowance so I cn get the BH caomms. I think they knew exactly what they were doing by putting play to win parts in the least popular aspect of the game. They wanted to gauge the response to see what they could get away with. More and more this game is showing the influence of the "suits" at EA. These aren't the tactics of game developers to make a better game, these are tactics meant to squeeze money out of a product. I will probably stay subbed for a while. If I start to feel like people who pay have a distinct advantage over me, I'm done. The only reason I have stuck around this long is because I love Star Wars. I have never played any other MMO, and don't really have much interest in anything else that is out there.

Make the top level gear a little bit cheaper, or make it a little bit easier to get ranked comms(maybe add ranked to group finder with a gear check BM minimum). It takes way too much work to get a top geared toon. Right now I have a vanguard that is mostly WH and about to get an elite WH MH. I have a sentinel that is all BM except for WH relics and main and off hand. I also have a 41 shadow and a few lower level toons. It is a lot of work to gear my sent for progression PVE, both of my 50's for PVP, and still have time to level alts.

I second everything posted here except for anything having to do with the current rail based space combat.
Free roaming, 3D space combat in both PVE and PVP scenarios. I would like to see huge space battles over iconic planets like Coruscant, Hypori or Kuat ship yards, Hoth system asteroid field, flying through space stations ala' Deathstar or N64 Shadows of the Empire. Even if the battles' population has to be limited like warzones but add NPC ships on booth sides.
I do really like the idea of making the capitol planets replace fleet.
Fix PVP all around, but specifically open world, more random encounter(dailies in shared areas), make tanks a little more usefull in WZs by fixing the shield/defense mechanics, dual spec. Make the PVP gear grind a little easier, not a lot easier mind you. Maybe make open world PVP kills worth 5 ranked comms or something. I understand that does present some problems for farming comms, maybe there is some way around that like only being able to get 5 or ten comms from killing the same person and there is a 24 hour reset or something.
Make two or three animations for a given ability, or at least some of the major ones. I get sick of seeing the same exact animations for my rotaion. Also make animations a little different between specs maybe too. For instance, a watchman sentinel should have more straight forward combat animations(more Obi Wan or Dooku style), where as a combat spec should be more acrobatic(more Yoda or Anakin style).

What do people expect for FREE. People have such an entitled attitude now a days. You can play through eight complete story lines for free(minus the price of the game). How many hundreds of hours of game play is that? I've been in since day 1 of early access and only have two 50's plus a few others toons ranging from 20-40, granted there was a lot of time spent in end game PVE and PVP on those toons. The thing is more stuff can be unlocked, if you pay for it. I pay $15 a month and I expect to get a lot more for that $15 than people who pay nothing. As others have stated, maybe more WZs for lowbies, or a little more access to story mode flashpoints and KP and EV would be a good idea. It might make people more likely to pay for more things or buy a full sub. But at the end of the day you are getting a lot for free in my opinion.

Alll of the above. They should have the barren VIP section of fleet be turned into the games are. Have a Pazaak/Dejarik/Sabaac corner, a swoop race corner, a corner for one on one death matches, and a corner for the survival pit game that Boxspringkid mentioned. The Pazaak/Dejarik/Sabaac corner and the Swoop Race corrner should have the option of going against an NPC or another player for fun or credits. And as others have mentioned other planets/cantinas should have some of the games. Obviously Tatooine and Nar Shadda should have swoop races, all planets some form of Pazaak, Sabaac, and/or Dejarik. I guess Tatooine and Nar Shadda are the only current planets that really fit the deathmatch/survival pit theme. Man, just thinking of all this great stuff that will never actually end up in the game has got me pumped.
