The issue has finally been resolved. Shortly after this post I finally received a response to my emails and everything is in working order again. I even recieved the preferred status I had been going after when i spent the $5. Thanks for your interest tho :D

Okay so I got into swtor after it went f2p and I'm havin a good time right, but decide that the f2p restrictions are a little much but i don't wanna pay for a subscription. So i spend $5 on the digital upgrade thingy for some items and restart the game. However when i do I get error code 3001 not authorized to connect to this server. So now that I've spent money i cant play. well i check the forums, and it suggests restarting my computer or restarting the game, neither of which has helped. Further more I find I cant post in the forums for whatever reason, only read them. Further further more I have sent emails to customer service and have not recieved diddly squat in return, after 2 hours I gave up on my phone call.  I have been an avid gamer for nearly 14 years now and in that whole time I have never seen such horrendous treatment of users (cause i know I'm not alone in this scenario). However I do want to play the game because I'm a massive starwars fan, but I'm just about ready to say fuck it all and give up. Is there anything left I can try? Any steps I missed?
