Made an account on here to say thank you for posting that in their forums. It'll likely go unheeded by BW, but as a preferred player who got shafted on an account wide inventory unlock that I bought last week I'm more than a little annoyed that I have zero recourse even as somebody who has spent any money on this game. I was told in my customer support email that the unlock that I bought was an "in game" item and only subs could get in game items restored. Which is just garbage and now I have zero interest in buying any amount of cartel coins or expansion, let alone sub. And why would I really at this point? They treat their subs like garbage.
