Thanks for commenting on SGRs guys. It would be good to hear from BW Austin what their intent and timeline is. It's not even so much that I'm feeling I'm missing out (though obviously I don't get the same options, and even if it's minor it's still unfair), but it's the insult on the game's part. This might be hard to understand, but flirt options come up all the time for the opposite sex, and it's really insulting that the game basically tells me that my toon is not wired that way. DA2 really gave the feeling that your toon was free to make their own choices, and here it feels like BW Austin made the choice for me that all my toons are straight. And yes they say it's nothing to with the toon but with the NPCs or Companions, but if that were the case then why wouldn't there be a flirt and then a rejection. It's become quite fundamental that I experience this game as a place that has excluded me. And that's not okay. Anyway, thanks for covering this and sharing your views!

Actually they haven't. The last anyone said was "this year", 9 months ago, which clearly isn't happening. If they can address random game requests on a regular basis, they can this as well.
I also want to know how they're going to implement it. They've not spoken a single word about what it's going to be like. Are they rewriting existing companions? Does that mean we shouldn't talk to our companions or be forced to roll a new toon. Or are new companions coming? Can we expect companions for every class and for every gender? There's really a lot of us want to know about this content. And BW Austin has said nothing. Meanwhile many have subs but are not playing because they fear it will be for nothing, they don't want their stories spoiled, they just want a play through like everyone else. Or like me, personally I don't want to be reminded all the time with the many flirt options that I cannot flirt with whomever I might possibly be interested in.

The one thing that's really been bugging since before launch is the way they've dealt with SGR content. From the community discussing its implementation before launch, to a dev laughing it off with "there are no gays in star wars" to a short statement of oops it's coming. And since then there has only been silence. It doesn't matter how often and how many of us ask at every opportunity we get, it doesn't matter that we have a 3000+ topic going on, they refuse to address us.

Do you think Darth Hater could ask the dev team when you have a call conference with them again?
