Hi there. I stopped playing in feb/march and my account was hacked at some point so two days ago I attempt to recover it, I have ALL of the original information, including the purchase/subscription emails still in my inbox.
Anyways, I call the swtor support line, I answer everything correctly to the woman (she was indian, I assume they've outsourced), gave her the correct security answers to the account, name on the account, when it was last used etc.
Then she tells me at the end to "Email  firstname.lastname@example.org with your verification ID (license etc)" and I keep asking her why can't I just tell her things like the accounts original registration location, credit cards used to purchase the game etc, all of the original info.
She says that's not policy, please email support with photo ID proof. I finally submit and then do that, this morning I get a fucking email response from support saying to CALL THEIR NUMBERs.
What do I do now? Can I speak to a CS rep personally (I forget his name, don't even know if he still works for them, was super popular on game launch)? Do I really call them AGAIN and be sent through the same hoop? What do I do?

First one is my sending email, sent all my info, credit card last 4 digits with my name, my ID that matches EVERYTHING. Got a bullshit reply telling me to call them.
