Hello guys,
I don't know is this the right place to post this but I can't do it in swtor forums because seems that f2p ppl can't post there and also i am desperate.I payed for 2 months 8 days ago and my account is still f2p.After few troubles like error 3001 etc.. finally i enter the game and saw that I am still f2p. And started to send emails to customer service via account page.I can't send tickets in-game maybe because f2p can't I don't know that for sure.After 4 or 5 email i got response that for problems like this you have to call them. Ok no worries let's call them. Four times waited around 20 minutes on the phone and no one answer.Last time was today on lunch break and again nothing. I payed and I just want to try the game again nothing else damn. Call me stupid I was excited and spend 40 bucks on extra cartel coins after spend my own.Any suggestions where I should post or call ?
