Column: Community Events (11/12/12)
Welcome to the special late edition of the Community Events Column! This week is PvP heavy as usual, but with a pure Roleplaying event thrown into the mix. Master Dar’Nala has an involved World PvP event with multiple different parts. An Ebon Hawk player has instituted a Kickball-style Ranked Warzone night, which started last week and is picking up some steam. Jung Ma is adding some variety this week with a cross-faction Cantina night on Voss Ka. Lastly, someone finally took me up on my offer, and I’ll bring you a personal request from the guild “The Archaic Order” for a PvP event they are running on Friday. I discuss last week’s poll question as usual and offer another question to voice your opinion about, this time relating to the relationship between guilds and players. If any of you has a guild or event you would like me to cover, send me a message on this site with the name of the event or guild and the contact details, and I’ll be sure to cover them in the next column.

Column: Community Events (11/2/12)
Another week has passed, and it is time for a new set of community events for you all to enjoy. There are few events out there this week, but I plucked the best I could find to show you today. We have two PvP events for you as well as a strictly RP cantina crawl that will become a weekly event starting next week. Of the two PvP events, one is a World PvP event, as well as an RP-PvP event for those interested, and another is a PvP contest with millions of credits up for grabs. As usual, there will be a poll, but this week there will be a very particular question, so let us dive into it shall we? If you have any suggestions for events or guilds that you would like to see covered, send me a message here with the name and the contact information.

Column: Community Events (10/19/12)
This past week certainly was an interesting one for events. Luckily, next week looks to be even better! This weekend is packed with events, so even if it is not posted here, look on your server forum for anything that might be happening. Player versus player events and +10 Fleet Datacron runs seem to be the big seller this week, but there are also some topics posted that are trying to get event ideas brewing. We also change up the final question a bit this week. There is no poll, but I still want your feedback in a different way, so take a look. If anyone has suggestions for events or guilds, send me a message on our site with the header “Community” and the name of the event or guild, as well as the contact information.

Column: Community Events (10/12/12)
Another week, and another set of events for you! This week is a fairly even spread between Roleplaying and Player vs. Player events, so let's get to it. Jung Ma is busy with two events this week; one of the military guilds are planning weekly RP-PvP patrols on different planets, and one of the Sith guilds will be hosting an RP “Social” in the Nar Shaddaa cantina. The Bastion is making “kickball style” Ranked Warzones a proper event, improving it over the last attempt which was done spur of the moment. Lastly, the Gav Daragon will be hosting a Republic Class-based PvP Tournament to prove who is the best PvPer on the server. If you have an event or a guild you think I should cover, remember to send me a message on this site telling me the name of the event or guild, the server and contact information. Now let's talk about some events!

Column: Community Events (9/28/12)
Like the blooming flowers of Spring, I bring you two new events this week for your minds to explore; a PvP fight and a Race. A group of Imperials will be trying to hold bridges on Alderaan while daring the Republic to remove them. Out on Belsavis, the Republic will be hosting a Swoop race with a Hotrigged Speeder up for grabs. Afterwards, I’ll bring to your attention an interesting event that merges player vs. player and player vs. environment; a PvPvE event. At the end, be sure to voice your opinion on another poll about player events, this time covering how many there should reasonably be in a week. If any of you have an event that you think we should include here in the future, send an email to darth@darthhater.com with the header “Community Events” and the name of what you want us to cover.

Column: Around the Galaxy (9/27/12)
Every week, there are articles that come across our desk that frankly do not meet our requirements for breaking news to appear on the front page. At the same time, we would love to feature them and as such, we decided we would in a weekly column devoted to articles, posts, and more Around the Galaxy. After the jump, you will find a selection of content that we hope you will check out, read, and enjoy. If you have a piece that you think we may have missed or want to include in future columns, email us at darth@darthhater.com with the subject line “Around the Galaxy” and we will put it into our droid for potential publication.
