    Some updates on Twitter today by several Star Wars: The Old Republic writers have shed some light on a new book coming out in October of this year. The Star Wars: The Old Republic: Encyclopedia is listed on Amazon with a publication date of October 15, 2012.

  • BioWare Asks For World PvP Feedback

    After appearing on Twitter last week to ask the Star Wars: The Old Republic community what they wanted to see most in PvP, James Ohlen returns this week with a follow-up question.

    Follow up. What kind of Open World PVP excited you most? Bounties, guild fights, open world objectives, rewards for player killing, etc.

  • James Ohlen Collects PvP Feedback

    James Ohlen made a request via Twitter soliciting Star Wars: The Old Republic players for feedback. In what appears to be the first instance of a new weekly feature, the topic for this week is about PvP. 

    James OhlenI plan to bring up a discussion topic on every Wednesday going forward. The topic will mostly be about #SWTOR, but sometimes other subjects.

  • Beta Testing Weekend #3: Patience Please

    As the third beta testing weekend for Star Wars: The Old Republic begins, testers are having difficulty logging in to the game client. This weekend's test is particularly large, resulting in long queue times and instability on the official site. Through it all, Senior Online Community Manager Stephen Reid urges patience.

  • TOR Confirmed for E3 Expo?

    Official Star Wars: The Old Republic Twitter feed included some interesting news about this year's E3 Expo:

    E3 Expo is June 15 through June 17 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
